Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Plant Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

1966 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 30 May 2006

3.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Form 10 item 4 is deleted and the following item is inserted instead —

4. Payment may be made by either posting, or personally

specified in item 3 to the Finance Officer, Western giving, this form and the amount of the modified penalty address or place specified on the reverse side of this form.
