Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1998.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Part B of Schedule 1 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended as set out in the Table to this regulation.

Table

Condition 14(1)	Delete “by an officer from the Department of Agriculture of the exporting State or Territory”.
Condition 14(1)(g)	Delete “by an authorized officer in the Department of Agriculture of the originating State or Territory”.
Condition 35(1)	Delete “by an authorized officer of the Department of Agriculture of the originating State or Territory”.
Condition 38	Delete “by the Department of Agriculture of the exporting State or Territory”.
Condition 39	Delete “by the Department of Agriculture of the exporting State or Territory”.
Condition 40	Delete “by the Department of Agriculture of the exporting State or Territory”.
Condition 44(b)	Delete “given by an officer of the Department of Agriculture (or corresponding department) of the exporting State or Territory certifying”.
Condition 49(6)	Delete “by an appropriate officer from the Department of Agriculture of the exporting State or Territory”.
