PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

(a) At an inspection point, per 15 minute unit 12

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 1995.

Schedule 2 amended

2.     Schedule 2 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is repealed and the

following Schedule is substituted —

1. General inspection inside normal or shift
hours —

(b) Away from an inspection point —

per 15 minute unit within 2 hours from

the commencement of the inspection 20

for each additional contiguous 15 minute unit beyond 2 hours for the rest of the working period

PLUS an additional service charge when the inspection is more than 50 km away from an inspection point

shift hours —

(a) At an inspection point, per 15 minute

(b) Away from an inspection point —

per 15 minute unit within 2 hours from
