2. These regulations shall come into operation on 17 August 1992.

PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 1992.

3.      Schedule 2 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is repealed and the

following Schedule is substituted -
