Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Plant Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Plant Diseases
Regulations 1989*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part B item 58(2) is amended by inserting after
“where lettuce aphid is known not to occur” —

“ or in accordance with approved conditions ”.
