Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations (No. 3)

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases

8 June 2001 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2923

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2001.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Plant Diseases
Regulations 1989*.

4.            Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9(1) is amended after "pay inspection- by

inserting

fees (or where interstate certification requires assessment, documentation assessment fees)

5.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2, is amended after item 3 by inserting the following item —

..

3A. Documentation assessment fee 12.50
