1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part B item 12(b) of the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended by deleting 'Proposed Property Freedom for Mango Seed Weevil (MSW)" dated 16 March 1994 as approved by the Minister" and inserting instead —

"Property Freedom Protocol for Mango Seed Weevil

(MSW)" dated 1 May 2000 as approved by the Minister
