PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1995.

Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 Part B to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended in

item 22 —

(a) by inserting before "To be certified that —" the following —

" (1) "; and

(b) by inserting the following subitem

(2) This condition does not apply to milled rice.
