1.             Citation

These regulations are the Plant Diseases Amendment

Regu/wions (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

i11ese reulations conic into operation as tolIows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989.

4.             Regulation 19P .: mended

(1) In regulation 19P(1):

(a) in par-agizaph (a) delete "$227.00 and ' and insert:
