Plant Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Plant Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2009.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989.

4.             Regulation 19P amended

(1) In regulation 19P(1):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$207.00;” and insert:

$210.00;

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$207.00.” and insert:

$210.00.

(2)	In regulation 19P(2) delete “$44.50.” and insert:
$49.50.

5. Schedule 2 replaced

Delete Schedule 2 and insert:

(b) away from an inspection point

(ii)    for each additional contiguous 15 minute

unit beyond 2 hours for the rest of the
