Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Plant Diseases
Regulations 1989*.

3.             Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Form 1 is deleted and the following form is inserted instead —
