1. These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1991

Schedule 2 repealed and

a Schedule substituted

2.  Schedule 2 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is repealed and the

following Schedule is substituted -

1. For inspection (including documentary
proof of compliance with import
conditions), ftimigation or treatment of
potential carrier within 15 km of an
inspection point -

$

(a) normal hours -

for every 15 minutes
or part thereof 600

(b) overtime contiguous with normal hours -

for every 15 minutes or

part thereof 850

(c) call-out -

first 2 hours (minimum)	69.50
thereafter for every 15 minutes or
part thereof	850

2.	For services provided beyond 15 km from an inspection point -
(a) from an inspection point -

travel time beyond 15 km

normal hours for every 15 minutes or part thereof	600
outside normal hours for every 15 minutes
or part thereof	850

(b) vehicle use beyond 15 km

from an inspection point -

per km in each direction 020
