Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

Schedule 1 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended as follows:

(a)	in Part A, in the item commencing "Lychee" in columns 2, 3 and 5 by deleting "41,"; and
(b)

in Part B, item 38, paragraph (b) by deleting "1%" and " 0.1% ".
