I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Plant Diseases Amendment Act 1993 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 4, 5, 13, 14, 17 and 18 come into operation.
