AN ACT to amend the Plant Diseases Act, 1914-1967.

[Assented to 6th May, 1969.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Plant

Diseases Act Amendment Act, 1969.

2. Subsection (1) of section twelve B is ,;torrnianent

(i)    cause to be kept substantial and accurate records of its receipts and expenditure; and

(ii)    in respect of the receipts and expenditure, present audited accounts and a balance sheet to the Minister at the end of each financial year which for the purposes of this paragraph is from the 1st September in one year to the 31st August in the following year. .
