AN ACT to amend the Plant Diseases Act,

1914-1950.

[Assented to 18th December, 1952.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Plant Diseases nicirgglieon.

Act No. 23 of 1914 as reprinted with amendments 1943.

to and including Act No. 5 of 1939 incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938 and further amended by Acts Nos. 25 of 1946, 35 of 1947, 3 and 11 of 1949 and 3 of 1950,

is referred to in this Act as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Plant Diseases Act, 1914-1952.

2. Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section ;mended.

thirty-nine of the principal Act is amended by sub- stituting for the words, "one shilling" in line seven the words, "two shillings".
