AN ACTito amend Section SA of the Plant Diseases Act,

1914-1925.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Plant Diseases Act

Amendment Act, 1926.

Amendment of 2. A subsection is hereby added to section eight A of the

see. SA.

Plant Diseases Act, 1914-1925, as follows :—

(3) Whenever an inspector shall discover that a breach of this section has been committed he may take or cause to be taken all or any of the steps and adopt all or any of the measures aforesaid, and may also take and adopt any other step or measure which is authorised by the regulations, and the expenses of or incidental to any action taken by an inspector hereunder shall be recover- able from the person guilty of the breach.
