1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Planning (General) Amendment Regulation 2025 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Planning (General) Regulation 2023.

Part 11Grants of community leases

1. New section 64A

   insert

64APrescribed community lease uses—Act, s 291 (1), def community lease use, par (k)

(1)The following community uses are prescribed:

(a)health facility;

(b)hospital.

(2)A term used in subsection (1) has the same meaning as it has in the territory plan.
