Planning, Development and Infrastructure (Commencement of Code) Amendment Act 2020

An Act to amend the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (Commencement of Code) Amendment Act 2020.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

   Schedule 8, clause 9(1)—delete "1 July 2020" and substitute:
