Planning and Environment (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2021

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016 to increase the amount to be paid for a planning certificate where the application is made and finalised electronically.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 203 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

3Fee for application for planning certificate

For regulation 17(b) of the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016[1] substitute—

"(b)$7.39 where the application is made and finalised electronically.".
