Regulations 1998

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe fees for considering applications for permits under section 96A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 96A and 203 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

3. Amendment of regulation 4C

In regulation 4C of the Planning and Environment
(Fees) Regulations 19881 after "section 47"

(where first occurring) insert "or section 96A".
