Planning and Environment Amendment (Review Timing) Regulations 2020

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Planning and Environment Regulations 2015 to update forms consequential to previous changes made to regulation 35 of those Regulations.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 202 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2020.

4Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Planning and Environment Regulations 2015[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

5Schedule 1 amended

(1)In Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, in Form 5, under the heading "WHAT ABOUT REVIEWS?"—

(a)in the second dot point, for "21 days of the giving of this notice" substitute "28 days after the date of this notice";

(b)in the third dot point, for "21 days of the giving of this notice" substitute "28 days after the date of this notice".

(2)In Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, in Form 6, under the heading "WHAT ABOUT REVIEWS?"—

(a)in the second dot point, for "21 days of the giving of this notice" substitute "28 days after the date of this notice";

(b)in the third dot point, for "21 days of the giving of this notice" substitute "28 days after the date of this notice".
