Made by the Minister for Planning under the Planning and Development (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2005 section 25(1) and the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 256.

1.            Citation

Dated: 9/9/2009. JOHN DAY, Minister for Planning.

These regulations are the Planning and Development (Repeal)
Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations repealed

The Metropolitan Region Planning Authority (Reserved Land)
Regulations are repealed.
