Planning and Development (Fees) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2024

Made by the Minister under section 20(1) of the Act.

1.Citation

This notice is the Planning and Development (Fees) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

• (a)

  clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published on the WA legislation website;

• (b)

  the rest of the notice — on 31 March 2025.

3.Notice amended

This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2021.

4.Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 6(1) delete “42 —” and insert:
