Made by the Minister under section 20 of the Act.

Notice 2018.

1.   Citation

This notice is the Planning and Development (Fees) Amendment

Notice 2021.

2.   Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2— on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the notice — on the day after that day.

3. Notice amended

This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees)

12 February 2021 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 683

4.      Schedule 1 clause 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 clause 1 delete "Application for approval of freehold or survey-strata subdivision." and insert:
(1) Application for approval of freehold or survey-strata (freehold or leasehold) subdivision.
(2)	At the end of Schedule 1 clause 1 insert:
(2) Application or contemporaneous applications for approval of amalgamation and subdivision - amalgamation fee not to apply.

5.      Schedule 1 clause 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 clause 2 delete "Amended plan or plans for application for approval of freehold or survey-strata subdivision." and insert:
(1) Amended plan or plans for application for approval of freehold or survey-strata (freehold or leasehold) subdivision.
(2)	At the end of Schedule 1 clause 2 insert:
(2) Amended plan or plans for application or contemporaneous applications for approval of amalgamation and subdivision - amalgamation fee not to apply.

6.      Schedule 1 clause 4 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 clause 4 delete "Application for endorsement of a
deposited plan or survey-strata plan." and insert:
(1)  Application for endorsement of a deposited plan or survey-strata (freehold or leasehold) plan.
(2)	At the end of Schedule 1 clause 4 insert:
(2)  Application for endorsement of a plan that proposes amalgamation and subdivision - amalgamation fee not to apply.
