Name of regulation
This regulation is the Planning and Development (Exempt Lease Variation) Amendment Regulation 2013 (No 1).
Commencement
This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.
NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
Legislation amended
This regulation amends the Planning and Development Regulation 2008.
Section 170
substitute
Exempt variations—Act, s 276, def chargeable variation, par (c)
The following are prescribed:
(a)a variation of a holding lease;
(b)a variation to authorise the use of the land under the lease for a secondary residence.
