Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Planning and Development

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 7 comes into

operation.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Planning and Development

(Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.

4.           Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5 delete "regulation 4A," and insert:

regulation 4A and section 171A(2A) of the Act,

5.            Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6 delete "regulation 4A," and insert:

regulation 4A and section 171A(2A) of the Act,
