1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Planning and Development Amendment Regulation 2022 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on 1 March 2022.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Planning and Development Regulation 2008.

4. New section 19A

   in part 3.1AA, insert

19ADevelopment proposals requiring EIS—annual expected greenhouse gas emissions—Act, sch 4, pt 4.3, item 9

An amount of 1kt is prescribed.

1. New section 25AA

   before section 25A, insert

25AAAnnual expected greenhouse gas emissions—Act, s 139 (2) (u)

An amount of 250t is prescribed.
