Made under the Planning and Development Amendment (Metropolitan Region Scheme) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Planning and Development Amendment (Metropolitan Region Scheme) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Planning and Development Amendment (Metropolitan Region Scheme) Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 31 March 2025.
