Made under the Planning and Development Amendment Act 2023 section 2(e) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Planning and Development Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Planning and Development Amendment Act 2023 Part 3 and section 76 come into operation on 1 March 2024.
