1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Planning Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 24 (Dictionary)

(1)Schedule 24, definition prescribed land, paragraph (c)(vi)—
omit.

(2)Schedule 24, definition prescribed land—
insert—

(d)land that is the property of the State under the Land Act, section 9 or 13A(1) or (2).

(3)Schedule 24, definition State development assessment provisions, ‘2 July 2018’—
omit, insert—

16 November 2018
