1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Planning Amendment Regulation 2024.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Planning Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 20 (Development impacting on State transport infrastructure and thresholds)

Schedule 20, item 43, columns 2 and 3, ‘10,000t’—
omit, insert—

Filling or excavating that involves—

(a)10,000t of material being transported to the premises; or

(b)10,000t of material being transported from the premises; or

(b)10,000t of material being transported to and from the premises
