PLAINTIFF S73/2018
v
HONOURABLE JUSTICE RARES & ORS
[2018] HCASL 378
S271/2018
The applicant requires an extension of time in which to seek leave to appeal from a judgment of Gageler J that the applicant's application for certiorari to quash orders made by Rares J in the Federal Court of Australia be dismissed. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of Gageler J's judgment and thus an extension of time would be futile.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application for leave to appeal.
