MR BEVAN:   That is correct, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR:   If the Clerk could call the matter outside the Court to make sure S199 is not present.

HIS HONOUR:   Thank you.  Mr Bevan, I have received your submissions and the affidavits, which I shall take as read.  In the circumstances of S199’s absence, which is unexplained, are you content with the matter to be dealt with on the papers?
