HER HONOUR:   Would you call the matter outside please, Registrar.

DEPUTY REGISTRAR:   No appearances, your Honour.

HER HONOUR:   Would you announce the matter in Court please.  Thank you.

I am satisfied that adequate notice to persons entitled to appear under section 77RG(2) of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) has been given by the publication of the Court list and I am satisfied, on the basis of the affidavit of James Francis Rigney affirmed on 27 August 2018, that the making of a non‑publication order is necessary to prevent prejudice to the proper administration of justice or otherwise to protect the safety of the plaintiff.

The orders I make are as follows:

Pursuant to section 77RF(1) of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), it being necessary to prevent prejudice to the proper administration of justice or otherwise to protect the safety of the plaintiff:

1.Publication or other disclosure of information contained on the Court file which tends to reveal the identity of the plaintiff is prohibited.

2.Until further order of the Court or a Justice, any document filed in this matter that tends to reveal the identity of the plaintiff not be available for inspection or copying under rule 4.07.4 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth).

I publish those orders.

Adjourn the Court.

AT 9.32 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
