Regulations under the Places of Public Entertainment Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Places of Public Entertainment Regulations.

2Commencement

These Regulations shall come into operation on the commencement of the Places of Public Entertainment Amendment Act 1982.

3Fees for issue or renewal of licence

The fees payable under sections 7(1) and 12(2) of the Act for issuing or renewing a licence are as set out in the Schedule.
