Place Names Regulation 2015

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Place Names Regulation 2015.

2   Excluded places

The following places are prescribed for section 4(2)(g) of the Act—

(a)  a marine park under the Marine Parks Act 2004;

(b)  a protected area under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
