Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change the amounts payable under a penalty notice for certain offences under the Place Management NSW Regulation 2017, so as to standardise those amounts across legislation that regulates conduct at certain public places.
This Regulation is made under the Place Management NSW Act 1998, including sections 43A (Penalty notices) and 46 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Place Management NSW Amendment (Penalty Notice
Offences) Regulation 2019.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 31 January 2019 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Place Management NSW Regulation 2017
(1) Schedule 1 Penalty notice offences Omit the matter relating to clause 6. Insert instead:
Clause 6 (a) $200 Clause 6 (b)–(g) $220
(2) Schedule 1 Omit the matter relating to clause 7. Insert instead:
Clause 7 (a)–(c), (e) or (f) $220 Clause 7 (d) $150
