1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Palm Beach:

(a)	Barrenjoey Headland lightstation and 2 cottages, Barrenjoey Headland,
(b)	Palm Beach Wharf, Lot 1, DP 1114133 and Lot 7304, DP 1126564, 1149 and 1149A Barrenjoey Road.

4 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Local” from the matter relating to SHI No 2270104 in Part 1.

Insert instead “State”.

(2)	Schedule 5, Part 3, ASHI No 2270496
Omit “DP 114133”. Insert instead “DP 1114133”.
