1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014

(1) Clause 7.12 Location of sex services premises

Omit clause 7.12 (2) (a) (i). Insert instead:

(i)      in Zone R2 Low Density Residential, Zone R3 Medium Density Residential, Zone RE1 Public Recreation or Zone E4 Environmental Living, or

(2)	Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses
Omit “the for” from clause 8 (2). Insert instead “for the”.
