This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in the Warriewood Valley Release Area under Pittwater

Local Environmental Plan 2014.

4 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014

Clause 6.1 Warriewood Valley Release Area

Omit “No dwellings” from Column 2 of the table.

Insert instead “Not more than 22 dwellings”.
