1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 10).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land in Warriewood:
| (a) | Lot 5, DP 736961, being 9 Fern Creek Road, |
| (b) | Lot 11, DP 1092788, being 11 Fern Creek Road, |
| (c) | Lot 12, DP 1092788, being 12 Fern Creek Road, |
| (d) | Lot 13, DP 1092788, being 13 Fern Creek Road. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
5 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014
Clause 6.1 Warriewood Valley Release Area
Omit the matters relating to Sector 901A, Sectors 901C and 901G and 9 Fern Creek
Road from the table to clause 6.1 (3).
Insert in appropriate order:
