1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 95).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 applies and, in particular, to the following land at Newport:

(a)	Lots 10 and 11, Section 5, DP 6248, being 17 Foamcrest Avenue,
(b)	Lots 14 and 15, Section 5, DP 6248, being 25–27 Foamcrest Avenue.

4 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993

(1) Clause 5 Interpretation

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of the Zoning Map in clause
