1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 92).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 9, 11 and 12, SP 36126 and Lots 13, 14 and 16,

SP 42156, 5 Vuko Place, Warriewood.

4 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993

Clause 54 Classification or reclassification of public land as

operational

Omit “cited at the end of the description of the land” from clause 54 (5).

Insert instead “that inserted the description of the land into that Part”.

Schedule 13 Classification or reclassification of public land as

operational

Insert in alphabetical order of locality in Part 2 of the Schedule:
