1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 91).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 5055 and Lot B, DP 370222, 4 and 8 Forest Road, Warriewood, being land comprising Sector 5 of the Warriewood Valley Urban Land Release, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 91)” deposited in the office of Pittwater Council.
