1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment
No 90).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to Lot 11, Section C, DP 5464, 23B Macpherson
Street, Warriewood.
4 Amendment of Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993
Schedule 10 Development for certain additional purposes
Insert at the end of the Schedule:
Lot 11, Section C, DP 5464, 23B Macpherson Street,
Warriewood—neighbourhood shops and restaurants.
In this item:
neighbourhood shop means retail premises used for the
purposes of selling small daily convenience goods such as
foodstuffs, personal care products, newspapers and the like
to provide for the day-to-day needs of people who live or
work in the local area, and may include ancillary services
such as a post office, bank or dry cleaning, but does not
include restricted premises.
restaurant means a building or place the principal purpose
of which is the provision of food or beverages to people for
consumption on the premises, whether or not takeaway
meals and beverages or entertainment are also provided.
