No 89)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 89).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (b) (Non-urban “B”) to Zone No 3 (e) (Office Business “E”) under Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993, and

(b)

to permit commercial/industrial premises on the land, and

(c) to provide opportunity for employment-generating development. This plan applies to land within the local government area of Pittwater, being Lot 17, DP 5055 (2 Daydream Street, Warriewood) and Lot 18, DP 659518 (96 Mona Vale Road, Warriewood), as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 89)—Sheet 1” deposited in the office of Pittwater Council.

Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 is amended as set out in
