No 84)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment

No 84).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Pittwater Council:

(a)

the subdivision of each allotment of land to which this plan applies so as to create no more than 2 allotments, and

(b)

the erection of a dwelling-house on each of the vacant allotments so created.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 76, DP 589733 and Lot 2, DP 585530, 4 and 14 Ingleside Road, Ingleside, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Amendment No 84)” deposited in the office of Pittwater Council.

Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 1993 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

Insert after clause 14B:

14C

Subdivision of further land at Ingleside Road, Ingleside

(1)

This clause applies to each of the following allotments of land:

(a)

Lot 76, DP 589733, 4 Ingleside Road, Ingleside,

(b)

Lot 2, DP 585530, 14 Ingleside Road, Ingleside.

(2)

Despite any other provision of this plan, the council may consent to the subdivision of an allotment to which this clause applies so as to create no more than 2 lots.

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

An allotment of vacant land created by a subdivision referred to in clause 14C.
