Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pitjantjatjara Land Rights Act (Mintabie Precious

Stones Field) Regulations, 1988.

Interpretation

2. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Pitjantjatjara Land Rights Act, 1981.

Notice of entry under section 25(5)

3. For the purposes of section 25(5) of the Act, the notice to be given by a person referred

to in section 25(2)(d) must be in Form 1 of the schedule.

Notice for entry under section 25(6)

4. For the purposes of section 25(6) of the Act, the notice to be given by a person referred

to in section 25(2)(a), (b) or (c) must be in Form 2 of the schedule.
