PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (3) of the Pipelines (Amendment) Act 1985, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint the 1st of May, 1991 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (being the provisions of Schedule 2 (1) (b) and (c), (5), (6), (7) and (19)) commence.
